If one were to visit the Sultan Abu Bakar Museum in Pekan, Pahang, one would see a number of wildlife exhibits on the ground’s museum. A closer look would reveal that these exhibits are made from pieces of wood including tree barks that can be found in abundance in the jungles of Pahang. Woodwork said to be typical of the Orang Asli’s, the exhibits are but part of the wealth of the handicrafts that could be found in the state of Pahang.
