The Gunung Lang Recreational Park is a recreation park developed from whats left of a tin mine abandoned after mining activities ceased.
The body of water in between the sides of the lake is home to different species of freshwater fishes, who, when provided with the right incentives, will display glimpses of their identities whilst splashing the tails at the water’s surface.
The park is managed and maintained by The City of Ipoh and is quite well received with many out-of-town visitors making it an item on their To-Do-in-Ipoh list.
