Apparently, this is quite a popular spot for visitors to Semporna, located on the east coast of Sabah, to snap a photo or two in memory of their visit. When I was there, there barely seem to be a lull in activity as visitors take turns to have their photos taken at the spot.
Across that body of water is Pulau (or Island, in Malay) Bum Bum (or Pom Pom Island), and slightly further afield are the Sipadan, Mabul as well as other islands famed for their diving spots.
