Located within the compounds of the Islamic Heritage Park, it was officially declared opened in 2008 by the 13th DYMM SPB Yang Di Pertuan Agong, His Majesty The King and Supreme Head of Malaysia, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu.
